there was only 3 sellers for the jump from 1.5 to 1.3 - no chart can prodict what 3 random sellers are likely to do.
charting isnt particularly useful for such an illiquid stock. id be more focused on why 2 sellers just sold 15 - 20K each worth of SSC 11 minutes apart.
