A quote from Moscow Times,
"State uranium trader Techsnabexport, also known as Tenex, will sign at least three deals next year worth about $1 billion to supply uranium directly to U.S. utilities, state nuclear corporation Rosatom said Friday.
Analysts said direct deals with U.S. utilities would be more profitable for Moscow than the current program, set up in 1993 to encourage Russia to extract fuel from dismantled warheads."
