This is really testing the goodwill of shareholders who have already seen a halving in the share price, paying over the odds for spectrum and massively under-budgeting what is a capital intensive proposition over the next 3-4 years.

Sometimes David taking on Goliath has merit, but in this case its going to be a race to the bottom - the winner will be the consumer and last man standing with the strongest balance sheet. I don't expect TLS and Optus to hang around and do nothing.
