Yes, I read this article this morning.
For now, the situation remains rather confusing about international travel :
- I have personally tried to book an international flight and for now, it remains quite tough (unless you have special exemptions),
- this confusion is also highlighted in another AFR article today ("airlines fear late planning may force delay to restart", article focused in international travel).
