as amatter of interest I just phone the Court of Appeal and confirmed there is as yet no listing of the Appeal by CAZ.
The problem with the Supreme/Appeals Court web site is it has a daily listing of cases being heard, but no list of cases already listed and no list of cases being booked. Though she doesn't use the word Booked, rather being LISTED.
So the only way to keep track of what and when CAZ are moving their case forwards is to phone the court daily.
Of course when you do phone, you should speak in a nice tone of voice and speak slowly. That way you SOUND like a big wig, or employee thereof.
