• lack of water source prevents other DLE use
• current tech requires massive investment
• power solutions to costs tens/hundreds of millions
• Other projects are worthless, no significant exploration
• The majority of investment still to take place
• IRR for breakthrough tech only 24% maximum

then let's discuss takeover price, currently 450m MC, would you pay 1 billion for this asset? GLN has double the resource at higher concentration and has a lower MC, noone is trying to take them over, ASN has half the resource at similar concentration in the USA with a 40% IRR and DFS released, half the MC and half the capex needed, no takeover interest.. lake will need to progress this beyond shovel ready and have proven that finance can be secured for this before anyone tries to buy it, that is still 2-3 years away from today
