I just love this attitude portrayed by the uber bears that if you invest in property you are basically bias and selfish, and don't give stuff all about anyone else.

1) Not everyone will be able to buy or will want to buy no matter what the price of property is that is why we have rental properties.
2) If you invest in shares and you make a big score many others are losing either money or an opportunity. So aren't you being selfish? Answer NO just as with any other investment including housing there are winners and losers. Some will win now others will win later, but only those that try will have a chance of winning in the game of life!
