goarmy, if a designated proportion of the future net profit, can go towards a share buy back it may not be a bad idea.

However, I don't believe the shares on issue is important just yet. What we should focus on now is the company's continuous +ve preformance & improvement of NWT's business hence a continuous uptrend of its NET Profits. Yes $$$$.

Things are looking good from here with potential PLUS.
