Definitely planning for the future, steps toward separation from CNP.
CER earnt around 13c per share last year and are on track to beat that even with the economic downturn. I will be surprised if they don't announce a small dividend after extension.
CNP has only one bank to convince, CER is in a much better position with leverage.
