Thanks for posting this. The Namibian newspaper's comment on the issue it was first to report.
It makes the point I was on about- ie it is not manipulation for local journalists to have reported what minister Katali said. Remember the old phrase don't shoot the messenger?
Of course its inconvenient that an alert local journo spotted what Katali was doing and reported it- that's what a free press (which Namibia thankfully has) is for.
