According to a China's report:
Molycorp's target a separation capacity of 19,000 tons (REO), currently has reached more than 10,000 tons.
mainly crude separation of lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, but can't separation of Samarium, europium, gadolinium and heavy rare earth in US.
all products supply to U.S. domestic market.

Lynas's target a separation capacity of 22,000 tons (REO),
currently has reached more than 11,000 tons.
mainly crude separation of lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, but can't separation of Samarium, europium, gadolinium and heavy rare earth.
all of separation products of lanthanum, cerium supplied SOLVAY by company's agreement.
Praseodymium, neodymium and samarium, europium, gadolinium supplied to market of Japan, South Korea and China.
currently Lynas is working cooperation with Chinese enterprises to explore development of the project for the full separation of rare earth metals.
