    Why would a female director of AWE jump ship?

    Perhaps a conflict of values regarding a new direction for AWE. For example, in my opinion; some would question a change of values when considering the potential for culturally ingrained paternalistic control.

    Abiding to a foreign value base potentially would detract from an Australian individual's on going reputation.
