Kray If you were running ADY and knew what the potential was but had not enough money in the short term how would you get money without getting into large debt its obvious,
dilution of the shares. PT has said the after demerger there will be 280mill in each company.Before the last 2 dilutions the divisor was 3.64762 and after now it 3.76638
not much differance overall on 100000 shares 27203 compared to 26550.Thats a dilution of 2.41%
Don't forget thats 26550 in each company (sorry don't know the price of each) but I reckon it will be worth the wait
