    Probably has something to do with the credit crunch. Management also may have offers that we do not no about, but want to structure the business a certain way in advance of the demerger.

    Well over 250 million shares were sold down in the past 30 days on the back of ANZ/Opes/Merrill

    Can you honestly tell me you don't think the SP has held up pretty well?
