Re: $12 million share placement approved
Shareholders today approved at an EGM the placement of 48, 000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at 25
cents each.
On the 30th November 2004 the company announced that it had arranged a placement of shares,
conditional upon shareholder approval to institutional, professional and sophisticated investor clients of
Bell Potter Securities Limited and Grange Securities Limited to raise $12 million. The funds are to be
used for a staged development of the Company’s high-grade gold project at Twin Hills, located in
central eastern Queensland.
