The Libs were atrocious when it came to Victoria's Hospitals when they were last in.

Andrews has at least put an effort in to the hospital system, it still isn't right, and there are numerous deficiencies with our hospital system, some made worse by events of recent years.

The biggest problem is staff, there is no quick and easy fix to recover from the events that contributed to the shortage.

Fast tracking skilled immigration and other recruitment strategies have been put in place, you can't make skilled workers appear out of thin air.
