Hi bart, I assumed he meant 100%, but now you say it I'm not sure. As he says in the video, we came off a very low base to achieve our rise so far. I certainly won't be knocking back 700% though :)

Regarding the flow rates, yes TB is always conservative in his approach, which I like very much in a MD (nothing worse than when they over deliver/under promise).

But I think he was saying that any IP 500 - 1,000 on the 1st wells would make the field viable for full production. I suppose the well decline rates are as yet unknown, probably depends on drilling techniques, Niobrara geology etc. and he could be going for conventional vertical wells in some hot spots defined by the 3D seismic.

Waiting is annoying, but fingers crossed it will be worth it.
