$2.90 would be very nice indeed, however is a P/E of 10 reasonable for a stock that keeps drilling dusters and non-commercial finds. Management doesn't seem to have done much at all over the last year other than organise for exploration plays in its non-Mauritanean areas. Very nice if some come in but a very high discount will rightly apply to them at this stage.
