No doubt their are risks with os expansion but without expansion TLS will continue to struggle for growth and they have to take to gamble imo.
And yes their are plenty of examples of companies that have failed overseas, IAG NAB GPT to name a few but their are also great success stories too QBE COH ANN and the list goes on. Great management teams who understand effective risk and return can make os expansion a success and lets hope TLS is one of them
