MT has catagorically stated that no change will even be though about whilst Elizabeth reigns, so what is all the fuss about.

I beleive we should all get a copy of our Constitution and just see how much protection it gives the citizen, the last this IMO we need is to try to codify our commonsense responsibilities, you then hand power over to the judiciary.

Good points. We need to be careful of the lawyers and the High Court which lends itself to rule by decree.
Unfortunately there is a preponderance of lawyers in the Parliament.
