The President should be backed by laws that take the peoples default position as first, as a hedge
against too much executive power.
See it as the peoples Ombudsman but with much broader remit.
Should this be backed also by some Australian citizens peoples rights bill ?
Personally think it should be all emeshed in the Indigenous bill .
Problem is our Politicians would not wish to reduce their powers, so where to ?
