Yes, volume is down and that is part of TA. As price comes down you want volume coming down. I would be worried if it was the other way round.
Stocks don't go up without retracements or consolidations. If we got these parabolic moves without announcement it wouldn't be good for anyone.
Slow but steady grind is what the chart is showing. I guess it's down to your risk/reward.
When announcement is here I would personally be happy with a strong run...until then it's just a waiting game i suppose
