With cash on hand and MXR share sales - not all of which were represented in last quarterly, I reckon the cash/liquid asset position is significantly more favourable than in Forest's post above. Mind you the market cap on HC is incorrect: with 285m FPO, the MC is closer to $4.3m, but still small for a limited float with management that has pulled off stellar performances like MOX/MXR from similar shells to TYK . Still value here IMO and could perhaps see $6m MC, or around 2c or a bit more, pre-acq.
Resource shells certainly the place to be anyway.
