Seems like a good combination especially as fill management holes with seasoned ( and hopefully sensible) executives.
will need to quickly turn the numbers around and have a clear articulation on how to extract new revenues while controlling costs
looking more like an early stage “ asymmetric’ VC bet, suspect there is now IP in the business to put a floor on SP as will be interest in acquiring that should stock not perform.
I will hold and pick up more if goes below the SPP price…….
