The Japanese have a word for it KAIZEN for the English translation is 'Constant Improvement 'Mark is obviously a follower of that principle, weather he realises or not.

I too have had the rug pulled from under my feet, many a time with FBR. I am the eternal optimist that this time and about 8 months short of my 20th anniversary of when I first invested.
