the Cygnet placement is done and dusted. I tried to get some of it but it was long gone, was taken up by "sophisticated investors", lol, I'll have to try and become one of their "sophisticated investors", lol. The share price was way lower than the placement price so the over subscription is a good thing as it provides the cash for the company to do more exploration which reveals more value as announcements on the exploration are made.
As it turns out, the share price is way above the placement price but that reflects more the undervalued share price when it was trading much lower at the time. There is a very clear difference between sentiment ( the price ) and value ( what the share is really worth). Identifying the difference is what I do to identify what some people might have heard me call the "if" factor. It's the difference between the share price and what I value the share at.
