    The company has already announced they have issued 53,750,629 shares (Appendix 3B) which is the maximum under the 15% rule.

    An extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be called to seek shareholder approval for the oversubscriptions. I believe the EGM must take place within 30 days of the announcement.
