I hope its about the capital raising that enables them to buy the trust. Reasons:
- Will allign them with their target of achieving more rental income and be less dependant on the apartment sector, which if you hadn't noticed is falling through the floor.
- Will allow them to list on the ASX property index which is widely seen as the catalyst for this stock to flourish.
