Because, bluey, if you'd read the posts carefully, and their times/dates, you'd see that there was no mention of the CR at the time of posting nil dilution.
No it appears (unannounced, but probably true) that there will be a slight dilution, but nowhere near what you would have expected to raise another $20m on top of the CR.
Very low level dilution to get a total of about $22m.
