For a $17 million market cap company to find someone willing to lend them $20 million to bring their lease into production and only ask 5% interest and letting AWD start paying it back only when they are in production says alot about the asset.
A $2.7 million cap raising at 1.1 cents is bugger all and will have little to no effect on the share price.
Here you will have a company with a very attractive proven resource, $20m loan at very attractive terms to get it into production, $2.7 million in the back minus the $700k loan which they need to pay off to meet the requierments of the $20m loan and all this for only a $17m market cap company.
Really if this wasnt in suspension and was trading then the $20 million financing agreement came out then i would have been surprised if it didnt atleast double.
In my opinion it will be trading much higher then the 1.3 cents it was trading at before it was suspended and before it had he $20 million financing agreement and was looking down the barrel of a massive dilution which now has been avoided.
The best case sernario just played out for AWD and its not very often that happens.
A $20 million non dilutionary financing agreement is HUGE for this company.
Good luck holders.
