Q:How do we help head off a Royal Commission into union movement corruption?
A: Try to appear self regulating by commissioning a QC to conduct a HSU enquiry.
It apparently doesn't matter that the QC is an ex member of the ALP or that the terms of reference for the enquiry are not published. How convenient is that!
