You sound like a lawyer Westie. If you are and are employed or have a direct and major interest in NET I would like to recommend you do the following:
1. Ensure that instead of worthless memorandums of understanding being signed by NET that credible binding agreements are executed.
2. Raise the disclosure and ethical standards of NET. Especially with regards to capital raisings.
3. Encourage the CEO to resign in order to avoid any more absurd promises and save the company $720,000 per annum wasted expenses.
