I am no lawyer, but have had a long term investment interest in NET and obviously hope it does well.

Also I have no management interest in NET and have at times been critical of management, but when someone comes on to these threads and bombards it with negative crap day after day I am obviously not happy with that behaviour as it is against my interest.

You still have not expanded on the reasons for your extreme hatred of this stock.

It is hard to believe that you came upon the stock by chance and decided to act as white knight to protect us all and in fact you eluded to having some prior history.

If it is that you invested in the stock and lost some money then join the club. Some sold out early and some like myself have hung on in hope for better days. But we all take the risk when we invest in speculative stocks and if we lose we only have to blame ourselves.

If your reasons are of a personal nature I will leave that up to you if you wish to declare, but all your down ramping is probably hurting those most who had no part in your grievance. At the end of the day the performance of the company will determine its future not your mutterings and mine.
