Deferred payments definitely are an option - there would have to be some commitment if they are going to negotiate a new FIA - i would think based on Farjoy's analysis that there a re plenty of producers out there that are eager to get there hands on this little parcel.
So much so that there have already been some offers made, we just need to get the right figure.
Time will tell - the market is running a little bit scared at the moment and without expecting OPEC to do anything further in the short term, it is just going to have to run its course.
It is a good time to be firming up the resource, we know they are already negotiating appraisal drilling targets, so therefore hopefully the next announcement will contain a little bit more on that too.
