Russian they recently raised over $40 million in one day in a placement to sophisticated investors... At what price? 11 cents.
Those sophisticates are by definition not stupid and expect returns on their investments..
Current prices are a discount and if I could I'd be adding to my holdings.
1st Quarter expect big growth.
