    AGK is now struggling to hold above $15 and MOS is $.15 seller.
    AGK goes ex div $.30 on 6th Sept and at today's price that takes it to $14.70.
    We may be better off taking the $.15 than converting to AGK.
    Time will tell.
    Let's hope that the hedge funds get angry and reject the AGK proposal at the EGM.
