It is an extremely sad , and no doubt many lessons learnt .

Who would have thought ! ..Some will remember the glory days , before the split , when TIM surged ahead from 20c to over $12 .. How the mighty have fallen .

I remember when GTP was about to list in 1999 , looking excitedly at what TIM had achieved .

Personally , I have a tiny amount of TIM shares in a SMSF , in the high flying days I was holding quite a few GTP .

Anyhow , Its all over now Baby blue by the looks , and I dont think GTP will be far behind , all the talk of TIMs " quality management " didnt help in the end .
