Due to the decreasing sp, I wouldn't be surprised if TIM came with the initiative to issue shares for sophisticated investors (heavily discounted), in order to rise money for the pending payment.
In that case; the sophisticated investor would be happy, we would be unhappy (diluted shares) but TIM would survive and have the opportunity to grow. TIM would be able to generate a nice profit in 2010. My opinion (TIM management would have the excuse for that action- it had to be done)
