The change of holding on the 11/11/11 is not realated to the capital raising. That announcement is a transaction between shareholders.
The notice of on the 7/11/11 has not yet occured.
The two notices side by side might appear related but are not.
The notice on 7/11/11 The Company has placed 34.8 million new ordinary shares at $1.15 per share
to institutional investors, in North America, Australia and Asia.
Why hasn't a substatial notice been released on the asx?
