It is definitely intentionally entered as a positive cash flow. Looks like there are exceptions to it always being negative.
This afternoon, I rang Uscom’s office number and was very readily redirected to Rob Phillips (CEO). When I asked about the positive cash flow for the Admin and Corporate Cost item he explained it was due to currency movements, USD, Euro, Chinese currency etc. working out in the company’s favour. Basically, as Bingo was informed above. He was very open and amicable to speak with too.
