a sample confidentiality agreement - scary!

Hi guys.
While I was searching, I have found a confidentialit agreement made for a farmin agreement in oil & gas sector in AU. It is really scary. (change the Mooncor Oil and Gas C. name to Petrobras or Statoil and use it as it is). I can now imageine why MEO management is so quite. If they start to give more info about this deal they may unintentionally disclose some clues about the PF which might cause some damage to the deal or to MEO's cash reserves!
