AQA are in a ore JV with CUL where they consider the project having "significant potential to expand resources further". Now why would AQA reduce their exposure to this resource by selling as you have suggested.
Also AQA recently upped their ownership of CUL.

mine = Market is a dog atm, tough times. Lots of shares down. Cul has held well till now. My thoughts are that we will get an ann soon saying that AQA have increased their holdings in CUL i'm sure their taking advantage of this market. They loaded up on 10c and again on ~ 12c i'd expect them to be filling their bag at this price.
