If Tui production is delayed, and the same rig that is having probelms now is required for the drilling Hector, then how exactly will the value of the shares or the options change materially between now and June 22?

Unless there is a dramatic turn of events that affects the PPP share price, it will just drift along. It certainly looks like Hector will be delayed, so the punters will hold off entering the stock while they look at other closer drillings (as the punters do).
