I believe that there are other tenders but not of the same calibre as ours.

There was a talk in the past of either BHP or Rio tendering on this job but I could not find any evidence to substantiate it. In fact I have spoken with a Rio executive (friend of mine) and he was not aware of anything.

Based on the latest price/volume action, I have a feeling that we might get some other news prior to Togo.

Maybe something from the Balkans?

I think that Togo will be close when we start seeing again those 100M volume days UNLESS the info gets leaked in Togo prior to our management finding out.

In fact, it would suit us well if we could lift the price up to 3-4c before Togo news gets released.
