I have owned one for about7 years now. My younger son bought it for me when I was doing v active trading & running about 4 portfolios( Hence he christened me Ms M.M- not my choice) They have an operator chap come out to your office or home & adjust it to your own individual height,needs etc. Mine is still looking good- As to comfort- Yes more than any of the "executive" style chairs around. It won't solve any problems of aches etc from too much computer work but then I'm quite old & have Osteo arthritis.
