    As announced today:

'In addition to the three independent trials, a 20kg bulk sample of Bamboo Creek Tailings was processed by the Refined Elazac Extraction Method at the Bamboo Creek Treatment Plant with all assays carried out at the Melbourne Independent Facility. The 20kg bulk sample returned calculated grades from bullion of 174.89g/t gold and 92.95g/t silver.

Haoma has around 1 million tonnes of Bamboo Creek Tailings and about a 1 million tonnes of mined ore ready to be processed through the Bamboo Creek Plant.

A Pilot Plant using the Refined Elazac Extraction Method is at present being installed at Bamboo Creek. The initial throughput capacity of the Pilot Plant will be about one tonne per day of Bamboo Creek Tailings Concentrates.'

So to break this down for Gold only and assuming they can replicate the same results:

    20kg bulk Tailings sample 174.89g/t

HAO have a million tonnes of tailings ready to be processed
which by my calculations makes it:

    174.89 g/t (20kg sample) x 50 = 5.45 ozs per tonne of Tailings,

5.45 ozs x 1 mt of tailings = 5,450,000 ozs of gold from 1 million tonnes of tailings.

This equates to approx $7 billion gross value at current gold prices, not allowing for further recoverable gold, further stock-piled tailings or Silver values! Also, Independant Assays using the Refined Elazac Assay Method had higher grades of Gold and Silver!

'A Pilot Plant using the Refined Elazac Extraction Method is at present being installed at Bamboo Creek. The initial throughput capacity of the Pilot Plant will be about one tonne per day of Bamboo Creek Tailings Concentrates.'

Pilot plant will only produce around 2000 ozs annually, which no doubt will be up-scaled considerably if these results can be replicated.

A second opinion here would be much appreciated as not much has been discussed at all regarding HAO since the end of 2009!
