Taking into account that more and more negitive effects appearing due to higher interest rates, bad decisions and bad credit risks. This also compounded by a reduction large reduction in spending within the next couple of months should result in a fall in company profits and the asx fall back to 4400 to 4800. I predict that we will loose around 15% at worst. I predict that as interst rates rise above 11% to 14% there will be sell off as bank returns look more attractive.
