Most of the stocks discussed in BP's report have been good, a handful disappointing.
Nonetheless, projected EV for 2017 & 2018 is increasing, hence the higher tp.
Good thing is, the authors in the report are not anonymous and you can research historic reports and how their recommendations tracked.
