Do you understand, there is a right and wrong answer to this... no grey area... you are not a banker, you are not as seasoned Buy/sell side anything... you are 100% wrong.... perhaps in your chosen profession, whatever that might be, you may have some industry expertise, but when it comes to financial analysis, you are completely illiterate.
You don't understand Ebitda/EV is bs for a finance business, you don't understand the implications of a lazy balance sheet and treating cash as free money, you don't understand the fact that finance businesses need profit to scale without raising, you don't understand that a mismatch between senior funding and advances is potentially fatal, and you dont seem to understand that lending money for free, if you are highly equitised is moronic and unsustainable.
