    I guess that we really don't know what is going on at SL as the company or the JV partners haven't announced anything...


    IMO it is the PERCEPTION that SL has problems is the reason for the selling which I hope is not the case.

    Right now EKA is selling at about 1/6th the market cap (???) of ADI which is unrealistic.....
